This website, sangeet4all.com, is operated by the Shubhendra and Saskia Rao Foundation and Musikul Pvt Ltd (together, “we”). We believe in keeping things simple — including how we handle your information. This page explains what we collect, why, and what your rights are, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act), 2023.
What we collect
The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us through the forms on this site — your name, email address, phone number, school or organisation, and your message — when you make a school enquiry, a donation enquiry, an order, or sign up to volunteer. We do not require accounts, we do not have comments, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
How your information reaches us
Our forms are processed by Formspree, a form service that delivers your submission to our email inbox (admin@sangeet4all.com). Formspree’s own privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy. Your details are used only to respond to you and to carry out what you asked for — answering your enquiry, arranging an order, or welcoming you as a volunteer.
News and updates
From time to time we share news about Sangeet4All — new editions of our newsletter, concerts, and programmes — by email with people who have asked to hear from us. If you receive such an email and would rather not, simply reply and tell us; we will remove you promptly.
Embedded content
Some pages embed videos from YouTube and load fonts from Google Fonts. When you view those pages, YouTube and Google may collect data as if you had visited their own websites, under their own privacy policies. We embed only what is needed to show you our work.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to work with you — a school partnership, an order, a volunteering relationship — and for our reasonable records afterwards. We do not sell or share your information with anyone for marketing.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to admin@sangeet4all.com and we will respond.
Children
Our work is for children, but this website is meant for the adults around them — parents, teachers, principals, and partners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.

All content on this website — the Sangeet4All curriculum, books, the patented Swartarang and Bansi instruments, games, texts, photographs, and Colin Campbell’s illustrations — is the intellectual property of the Shubhendra and Saskia Rao Foundation and Musikul Pvt Ltd, or is used with permission. Reproducing our books or materials without permission is illegal. Every original purchased directly from us sends every rupee back into bringing music to more children.
